Shawn Eversley - Suzuki Swift GTI (Flow Winter Sprint 2018)

Shawn Eversley, a frequent competitor at circuit and drag racing events at Bushy Park Circuit, entered the Flow Winter Sprint in his Suzuki Swift GTI. This would be his first ever rally based event to enter in his competition history.

In the downhill runs, Shawn finished 2nd in Group B. His best time out of four runs being 12.77 seconds behind 1st place Jonathan Still (BMW E30), and 0.14 seconds ahead of Calvin Briggs (Ford Sierra) in 3rd.

When the course reversed for the uphill runs, Briggs was absent for the remainder of the event. This left just Stillo and Shawn remaining. The results from the uphill runs mirrored the downhill. Stillo first, Shawn second. The split between 1st and 2nd's best times however, now down to 12.35 seconds.

After a solid drive for his first sprint event, hopefully we'll be seeing Shawn take part in more of them in the future.
