My uncle has the Heaven and Earth box set and let me linger around to rip discs 1-18 (wasn't sure how to rip the rest since they weren't CDs). This is from disc 16. Unfortunately I did not think to take any pictures of the individual disc cases.

This is a pretty good performance of Elephant Talk.
