This documentary was produced with the intention to shed some light on the current state of federalism in Nepal. The documentary highlights the many opportunities that federalism has created for marginalised communities and explores whether they have truly experienced the dividends from the new federal structure. There is hope that one day each and every citizen’s voice will be heard and that there will be meaningful participation for everyone regardless of their caste, gender and ethnicity in Nepal. Until then federalism is a work in progress.
