ingredients

400g boneless mutton
259g Curd and 10 almonds paste
4 tomatoes puree
1/2 cup Brista or brown onion
1/3cup fresh cream or malai
2tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Fenugreek leaves
