F150 Headlights Won’t Turn Off

Simple solution to headlights staying on after switch is turned off. Probably works for 97-04 Ford trucks equipped with automatic headlights. Tail light and Corner lights stuck on too. I found water had dripped on dash from a roof leak and made its way into the automatic headlight light sensor. Unplugged it, and lights go off. All normal headlight functions still remain with sensor unplugged. Except the auto headlights obviously. I never used that anyway. Hope this message helps
