Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson NEEDS TIME to develop

Every year there are young QBs drafted and they are expected to take a franchise from the dirt and build a mansion overnight. In the 2023 draft there were 3 QBs taken in the first 4 picks. Bryce Young was 1st overall and has been benched already. CJ Stroud was 2nd and won Offensive Rookie of the Year, plus he leads a dangerous Texans team in 2024. Anthony Richardson was the 4th pick and missed most of his rookie season. Circumstances aside, there are things every QB needs to work on to get better.
