What if Mario Kart had Achievements?

What would Mario Kart 8 Deluxe look like if it had achievements? Unlike most games, Mario Kart doesn't have any real achievements, other than the few unlockable gold items. Mario Kart is such a varied game, Nintendo could create so many great achievements for players to complete!

So I took matters into my own hands and created 21 unique in-game achievements for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and, in this video, I try to complete as many as possible.
