This home was built in 1959 and has had minor upgrades but still has all the classic 50`s features and was immaculate when the owners must have moved on. It is unclear if it is up for renewal or why the owners moved on. But like many others I have filmed this one may be just ting duck waiting for the development plans to be approved.
