better than blue album
shit goes hard as hell. wasnt expecting the album to be as loud as it is, but it didnt matter tbh. anyway, i love the simplicity of this. its not complicated but thats why it works. i love the synths and the screams on tired of sex, and then there are songs like why bother?, across the sea and the good life which have beautiful chord progressions. the lyrics can be a bit strange but theyre good most of time. album goes incredibly hard, im in love.
also, the beginning of el scorcho is the funniest shit this band has ever done, funnier than buddy holly and undone
the beginning of pink triangle is awesome, and butterfly is a nice closer. very good album
(edit: i just love this album. sad and beautiful, no other one and falling for you grew on me)
