Introducing Gumption

Gumption is one of the newer arrivals to Hot Cross Buns' breeding program. He came from Blueberry Hill rabbitry. We're still trying to get this little guy comfortable with us, but a more nervous and timid little buck we have never met. We know he's going to be a great addition (yes, we wanted a false dwarf because we have been having too many peanut babies recently, and our hearts are breaking), but we're still trying to learn his love language to help him relax and become the confident, happy boy we know he can be. He's been with us for two months and is still as fidgety as the day we brought him home. We love his coloring and his beautiful coat and tell him we love every part of him each day, but he's resisting all of the things we are successfully able to accomplish within a few days with other new bunnies. His timidity is a challenge, but we won't give up trying.
