Today's full body workout includes strength and cardio moves that are going to have you building lean muscle and burning fat fast! Work at a level of intensity that feels good for you and challenge yourself by adding in dumbbells for added resistance. You got this team!!

Breakdown: 3 HIIT circuits 45s work + 15s rest x2 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!
