When BTS sent Hobi off to the military, Taehyung reminded Hobi not to forget him. Tae even gave him a random "final gift" to ensure Hobi wouldn't forget. Instead of promoting his solo activities at the time, Taehyung was busy replying to ARMY missing Hobi.

Hobi is always on Taehyung's mind that he would insert his name into any conversation. He would suddenly talk about Hobi even though the topic had nothing to do with him. It was so out of the blue that Namjoon, Jimin, and Jungkook were visibly confused.

A similar thing happened when Taehyung joined Jungkook's recent livestream. The pair had a casual chat as if they were in a private video call. The boys are clearly interested in getting more into shape, so Taehyung and Jungkook talked about working out and even some tips.

Taehyung shared that he and Jungkook started running. He then pointed out JK's impressive stamina. The duo talked about a lot of stuff after that -- from their weight to baseball, etc. And as Jungkook was adjusting the brightness of his TV screen, Taehyung suddenly talked about running again. This time, inserting Hobi into the conversation.

The subtitles here are a bit off, but the whole point of this convo was that Taehyung wanted Hobi to join him and Jungkook for a run. JK was not too sure that he might join them, but complimented how good a runner Hobi is. Taehyung says Hobi used to work out with them, noting that he prefers running in the morning.

Hobi admitted that his thin wrists prevented him from lifting heavier weights like Taehyung, Jungkook, and Namjoon. So Hobi finds a workout that is best for him. Just like what Jungkook said, Hobi is a good runner. And just like what Taehyung said, Hobi prefers a morning run. And his morning run partner is Jin. You know, to prepare for a moment like this...

In one of the episodes of Jimin and Jungkook's mini-series "Are You Sure," Taehyung played Hobi's "Arson" while driving with Jimin. This is another example of him inserting Hobi into any situation. Tae didn't even know 99% of the lyrics. But he played Hobi's song to do one thing.

As if that wasn't enough, Taehyung even had to insert Hobi when he was not with any of the BTS members. Tae was with the Wooga Squad for a different season of "In The Soop." The Wooga Squad is Taehyung's close celebrity friends outside BTS. But despite being surrounded by his peers, Taehyung was still thinking about Hobi. While his BTS life was not the main topic of this series, Taehyung still inserted Hobi into his journey with his friends.
