This guide will cover all the 12 merchant shooting range levels in Resident Evil 4 Remake. I will show a very fast and lazy way just to get the S rank for all the games so you can have the achievements in the fastest way. No commentary is provided on the video.

You can do all the shooting range games at the last Merchant stop which offers the games as they are retrospective. If you get an S rank in all games in ONE playthrough, you can unlock two achievements, one for just completing a game at ANY shooting range and one for getting an S rank in all the games. There is no carry-over of completed ranks to your next playthrough. These achievements have nothing to do with game difficulty.
