Ahi Tuna, also known as yellowfin tuna, a high protein low fat fish with a distinctive delicious flavor. Here, it's paired alongside edamame, bok choi, peppers, and onions. Baked for under 20 minutes on a sheet-pan so you can have this meal on your table in no time.
A great choice as ahi tuna is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, this is required for healthy brain, heart function, other organ functions. Bok choy is considered a superfood as it’s loaded with vitamins A, C, and K, to name a few. It’s also high in iron and other minerals such as selenium and more. Edamame, is a nutrient powerhouse that is high in protein, fiber, and excellent for all round health.

To prepare this dish:-
In a small bowl whisk together sauce.
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees F
2. Marinate tuna steaks with prepared marinade.
3. Arrange marinated tuna on oiled sheet-pan.
4. Place Tuna in hot oven to get a head start, depending on the size of steaks.
5. Remove sheet-pan from oven after 5 minutes
6. Arrange edamame, bok/pak choy, bell peppers and onions.
7. Drizzle with remaining marinade, olive oil, and salt.
8. Return to hot oven for approximately 10- 15 minutes or until done.
9. Tuna should remain slightly rear in the middle to ensure it’s tender.
10. To serve, grains can be included, a side of avocado or even a creamy dressing to elevate a notch.
Ingredients:-
4 Ahi Tuna steaks
1 bok/ pak choy head, large
1 pound edamame, shelled
2 red bell/sweet peppers, large
1/4 cup chive, chopped
2 purple onions
1/4 cup seeds
Dressing for marinade & drizzle:-
Teriyaki sauce
Oyster sauce
Vinegar
Ginger, freshly grated
Garlic cloves
Chopped onions
Olive oil
Sesame oil
Honey or brown sugar, optional
Salt & Pepper to taste
