Be cautious not only to not lose your hearing aids in the water but also to protect your hearing aids from getting wet. They can get damaged if they get wet since they are very delicate electronic devices. However, if you take care of the hearing aids as soon as they get wet, there's a good chance that you can get them working again. First, dry them off. Then, put them in a container with dry rice overnight. If they don't start up after that, contact us to use our dehumidifying device and to check the wires for necessary replacement. If all else fails, we can send in your hearing aids to the appropriate manufacturer for in house repair.
