For this video demonstration the functionality between SAP Business One companies is divided into three sections. These are;
Master data replication, where master data such as the item master data and business partner master data, can be syncronised across all companies.

Intercompany trading, where your group of companies are buying and selling from each other. For example where a purchase order is raised from one company to buy an item from another in the group, BPA Platform can automatically create the corresponding sales order.

Financial consolidation, where accounting activity, such as buying and selling from your operating companies are synchronized into the consolidating company.


This enables automation and transfer of master data and intercompany trading documents, standardising and providing better transparency into processes. Also, Enhancing financial and operational visibility, improving control and collaboration across all business entities.
