Dongwoo Yim 尹东吾, PRAUD负责人,联合创始人Co-founder, principal of PRAUD
Dongwoo是韩国弘益大学建筑与城市设计研究生院的助理教授。他获得了哈佛大学设计研究生院（GSD）的设计学士学位以及国立首尔大学学位。
Dongwoo于2011到2017年任Rhode Island设计学院的副教授，于2016年任华盛顿大学客座助理教授。他还于2014年在杭州中国美术学院任教。Dongwoo是2013年建筑联盟奖的获奖者，是2014年威尼斯双年展韩国馆的参与建筑师并获得金狮奖，是《平壤与之后的平壤》的作者，以及“我想成为大都市”和“朝鲜地图集”的合著者。
Dongwoo is the assistant professor at Hongik University Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Design. He received a Master of Architecture in Urban Design at Graduate School of Design (GSD), Harvard University, and bachelor's degree in Seoul National University.
Dongwoo was an adjunct faculty of Rhode Island School of Design between 2011 and 2017, and was a visiting assistant professor at Washington University in St. Louis in 2016. He has also taught at Chinese Academy of Art in Hangzhou in 2014. Dongwoo is the award winner of Architectural League Prize 2013, participant architect of the Korean Pavilion in 2014 Venice Biennale that won the Golden Lion, and is the author of "Pyongyang, and Pyongyang After," and co-author of "I Want to be METROPOLITAN" and "North Korean Atlas" amongst many others.

结构是建筑赖以生存的基础，同时结构为建筑的功能使用提供了必要的空间。一个多世纪以来，建筑设计和结构设计相辅相成，开辟了相互独立又相互联系的道路，基于理论，很多建筑师希望能够从结构本身的美感与力量出发，设计美且具备建设理论的建筑。
当代主义的语言如何去描述一个建筑的自主形式以及不确定性等建筑手法？尹东吾老师将为我们带来一次讲座讲述这种具有挑战性的同时跨越时代的研究课题——拓扑优化设计，如何在拓扑优化设计中得到意想不到奇妙的建筑和合理高效的力学性能？
The structure is the foundation on which the building depends. At the same time, the structure provides the necessary space for the functional use of the building. For more than a century, architectural design and structural design have complemented each other, opening different and independent roads. Based on theory, many Architects hope to start from the beauty and strength of the structure itself, and design beautiful buildings with construction theory.
How does contemporary language describe architectural methods such as the autonomous form and uncertainty of a building? Mr. Dongwu Yin will bring us a lecture about this challenging and transcended research topic-topology optimization design. How can we get unexpected and wonderful architecture and reasonable and efficient mechanical properties in topology optimization design?
