YOGA CAPSULE SERIES
Usually we keep our mind set to do yoga practices at home on a regular basis atleast for an hour. However, finding this much of time only possible if one go to yoga center regularly. It is difficult to practice yoga at home for long duration with household responsibilities.

Keeping this in mind, we are introducing a yoga capsule series. In this series, practices will be of short duration to help to maintain your motivation, sincerity and regularity being at home. It is ideal for working professionals.

Ideal for beginner's, pain management, for laziness, to let go stiffness, for senior citizens, warm up before pranayama or meditation.

Marjari Asana (Cat Pose)
Tadasana (Palm Tree Pose)
Triyaka Tadasana (Swaying palm tree pose)
Kati Chakrasana (waist rotation pose)
Padotthanasana (raised legs pose)
Supta Pawanmuktasana (leg lock pose)
Supta Udrakarshanana (sleeping abdominal stretch pose)
Naukasana (boat pose)
Relaxation in yogic breathing exercise
