In today's video I show you how to make homemade muffins with fresh milled flour, the one I used was the stardust wheat berries. These muffins are made with clean ingredients and are full of nutrients and flavor.

Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 1/4 cups fresh milled flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup sucanat
1/4 cup fresh ground flax seed
