Most golfers struggle with pressure shift timing, especially in the golf swing transition. Shift too late, and you’ll get stuck on the trail side, spin out, come over the top, or hit fat/thin shots.

In this lesson, I break down when pressure should move right, how to recenter in the golf swing, and when it must start shifting left so you can start the downswing properly and strike the ball cleaner - all within a swing that happens in under a second.

Pressure shift vs weight shift: pressure is where you’re applying force into the ground, and that’s what helps your body sequence correctly.

You’ll learn:
• When pressure should max out on the trail side
• Why transition is still part of the backswing (and why shifting at the top is too late)
• How to avoid getting stuck at the top
• How ground forces create rotation (not just “spinning the hips”)

Then we train it with:
✔ 1 Kettlebell conditioning drill (learn to “hit the brakes” with the ground)
✔ 1 Rope Flow drill to train dynamic recenter + sequencing
