In this video I have discussed in detail Sections 5 &6 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 which deals with Recovery of possession of immovable property.

Specific Relief Act provides various specific reliefs out of which one of them is recovery of possession. Possession can be recovered of both movable and immovable property. Section 5 &6 deal with immovable property and Sections 7 &8 deal with movable property.

This video discusses in detail section 5 &6 and also the difference between them.
