The AUDLEM FESTIVAL OF TRANSPORT 2024

We're off to the Audlem Festival of Transport 2024 in this video, aboard our 1950 Ford V8 Pilot and the Mk1 MX-5. This was our first trip to the Festival of Transport in the Pilot, last year we took the old Dodge pickup and in 2022 we took the '24 Dodge tourer (no longer with us) and the Standard 8.
As always, the classic cars congregate on the green in Hankelow before heading down the road in convoy to Audlem itself, where the cars re-assemble on the main playing field.
The 2024 Audlem Festival of Transport was blessed with superb weather and the turnout of vintage and classic cars was amazing as always, probably the biggest gathering in Audlem that we've seen (we first took part in 2005 behind the wheel of a Standard 10 that we owned at the time).
For the first time my video of the Audlem Festival of Transport shows the convoy in its entirety, from the start in Hankelow and down through the centre of Audlem before parking up again.
