12-15 Pound Smoked Turkey on the Ninja Woodfire Grill ~ How I got them to fit!

I was determined to smoke a whole turkey, but it wouldn't fit in my Ninja Woodfire Smoker. This technique worked beautifully! You can fit a 12-pound (maybe even 13 pounds) turkey on the original Ninja Woodfire and a 15-pound (maybe even 16 pounds) on the Ninja Pro Connect XL Outdoor Grill.
