2020 Chevy Spark LS Hatchback: AC Blowing Hot Air 02

My Chevrolet Spark LS Hatchback started blowing hot air on 08/06/24. It all started two and a half years ago when the vent selector for the passenger side acted up. I called McClusky Chevrolet where I bought my brand new car back in February of 2020.... and I also called Jeff Wyler in Cincinnati numerous times to make an appointment to see what was going on with my car.... I took it into them twice after two and a half years ago and they claimed that they fixed the first issue, which was the vent blend door selector.... and now I'm having not only the first issue, but also another issue, which is that is started blowing hot air.... in the video, you'll see what I'm trying to explain what's been happening...
