“SOCO” skims through the details and pieces of evidence that led authorities to pinpoint the person behind the mauling of 9-year old victim "Jellaine" who sustained major injuries and was tied up and left under Mapandan Bridge in Cainta, Rizal. The program then reenacts how the incident transpired and how the young girl was discovered and successfully rescued. Cainta PNP chief Alvin Consolacion gives information about the crime scene and how they identified Pepito Tagal as the main suspect behind the killing. Later, "Fatima," the mother of the victim, admits her shortcomings and shares the lesson she learned from the incident.
