Combos explained:
Birgi, God of Storytelling + Grinning Ignus: Cast Grinning Ignus with Birgi in play, use the 1 red mana Brigi produced to return Grinning Ignus to hand, recast Grinning Ignus with the 2 colorless 1 red produced by Grinning Ignus, repeat for infinite enter the battlefield triggers with impact tremors or Purphoros.

Grinning Ignus + Runaway Steam-Kin: With three available red mana and Runaway Steam-kin in play cast Grinning Ignus and use the 1 red mana to return Ignus to hand, continue until Steam-kin has 3 counters and then remove to add 3 red mana to continue the process, produces infinite extra red mana and enter the battlefield triggers.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts: Tap Kiki-Jiki to target Conscripts to make a copy, on ETB target Kiki-Jiki to untap, repeat the process for unlimited ETB triggers and unlimited Zealous Conscript tokens with haste.

Norin the Wary +: Purphoros/Impact Tremors/Fiery Emacipation: not an infinite combo but creates constant ETB triggers since his ability can trigger on every turn including your opponents and can be difficult to remove.
