Hello everyone! Welcome back to Jenny's Kitchen.

This video recipe teaches you how to make flavorful Japanese- Style Mayonnaise from home. It's very easy to make mayonnaise and this recipe is also quite easy using an immersion blender.

This Japanese Mayo is surprisingly different to western mayo as it is high in Umami taste. This is what makes it go so well with foods like sushi, which is not that surprising since sushi is also from Japan.

Ingredients:
250 ml Canola or Vegetable Oil
3 large egg yolks
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp finely ground white Sugar
½ tsp Mustard
Sea Salt to taste
½ tsp Dashi or MSG (optional)
