BETTER GEAR CHANGES - Jaguar gearbox oil and filter change - ZF 6HP26

Classic car merchandise can be found on my etsy shop https://somethingautomotive.etsy.com My auto gearbox has not been happy for a while and recently, it has been banging between 1st and 2nd and then sticking in second gear.

The car had a similar issue about 4 years ago when i first got got the car, when changing between 5th and 6th and this was solved with a auto gearbox oil and filter change.

It's a fairly straight forward job if a little time consuming but hopefully i can make it easy enough to understand.

The part number of the auto gearbox sump/filter is suitable for my car (2003 S Type R) and may be different for other cars, especially the V6 petrol and Diesels i would imagine so, please check and don't just take my word for it.
