Welcome to our Food Channel! Today, we’re sharing a healthy and nutrient-packed recipe for Seed and Nut Bars & Powder, perfect for weight loss, boosting biotin, supporting your immune system, and balancing hormones through seed cycling. These bars are a perfect snack or dessert option that’s easy to prepare and full of health benefits.

Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

1 cup muskmelon seeds
2/3 cup flaxseed
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup white sesame seeds
1/3 cup black sesame seeds
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup walnuts
2/3 cup cashews
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2/3 cup pistachios
1 tbsp nigella sativa (black cumin seed)
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)

Liquid Ingredients:

1. 1/4 cup honey
2. 3 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil

Optional for Chocolate Coating:

1. Water
2. Dark chocolate (chopped)
3. Honey (to sweeten, optional)

Instructions:

Dry Roast the Seeds & Nuts:

In a large pan, dry roast muskmelon seeds, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, chia seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, cashews, poppy seeds, pistachios, nigella sativa, and carom seeds together or in portions.
Once you hear the popping sounds, turn off the flame and let them cool.

Prepare the Powder:

Reserve 1 cup of the roasted mix and transfer the rest to a blender jar. Grind it into a coarse or fine powder.
You can use this powder as a health drink by adding 1 tsp to double-toned/skimmed milk or water.

Prepare the Bar Mix:

In a pan, add honey and cold-pressed coconut oil. Heat until the mixture thickens. Turn off the flame and quickly mix in the powdered seeds and nuts.

Shape and Refrigerate:

Pour the mixture onto parchment/baking paper, spread evenly, and refrigerate for 3-5 hours.

Optional Chocolate Coating:

Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler method. Add honey if you prefer a sweeter coating.
Spread the melted chocolate over the refrigerated bars and refrigerate again for 8-10 hours.

Cut and Serve:

Slice the bars into your desired shapes. Enjoy as a snack, dessert, or alongside your favorite meals.
