-1.3Kilos pork belly sliced into strips
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-5Tbsp soy sauce
-5Tbsp oyster sauce
-water enough to submerge meat (add more water as needed
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-5Tbsp calamansi juice
-dried red chili flakes or fresh red chili peppers
-boiled and peeled quail eggs
-lots of red onion rings
