In this video, we continue our work on learning to create JSON for invoices and line items, focusing on integrating the line item details into the existing invoice structure.

We begin by ensuring our custom menus are set up correctly and revisit the script for creating JSON for sales invoices. You will see how to implement a second loop to capture line-item details while maintaining the association with the main invoice record. By using the getEnthRecord function, you will be able to efficiently gather related records without excessive navigation between layouts.

We define variables to track our iteration and total record count, ensuring the loop exits correctly once all line items are processed. Throughout the process, we emphasize the importance of maintaining the correct JSON structure, including proper naming conventions and data formatting.

Finally, you will discover how to run the script through a debugger to verify its accuracy, confirming that the JSON is generated correctly with the appropriate parent-child relationships between invoices and their line items.
