2012 C30T5 AWD Conversion, F&R Limited Slip Diffs.

2012 C30T5 w/K16turbo, Custom Bell Intercooler, Elevate Plenum, Hilton Stage III tune
2018/2019:
Stripped the AWD drivetrain from an '05 S40 AWD.
Sourced a P1 AWD M66 from CA.
Drivetrain has to be raised to allow angle drive to clear subframe, hence the modified mount & spacers (2:06 4:34)
Being a FoVo, the undercarriage is not protected to the extent of earlier Volvo models, so additional paint, body seam sealer were applied (2:42-3:04)

Van Der Veer Haldex Controller - using VW DEM, allows use of VW software to fault trace / diagnose AWD issues, and set torque split with a phone app.
