Adult Forum: How was the Bible Created Part 2

How was the Bible created? One of our Young Adults, Christopher Gilstrap, will be leading a two-part lesson/discussion about the history of Biblical canon!
How did we decide what books go in the Bible and what books don't? Where do the books in the Bible come from? Who wrote them? Why do some branches of Christianity have different sets of books in their Bibles? What does this mean to us as readers of the Word? We will take an Olympic springboard dive straight into the churning waters of all these questions on April 14 & April 21 (2024) from 3–4pm. Part one will explore the development of the Old Testament and part two will explore the development of the New Testament
