⅔ cup milk
2 Tablespoon unsalted butter
3 Tablespoon granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
35 grams all-purpose flour (about ¼ cup, spooned & leveled)
130 grams tapioca flour (roughly 1 cup + 1 TBSP)
1 large egg , beaten
1½ Tablespoon black sesame seed , toasted
