Video to show what I do before I go on a track with new layout. The RX28 cars once setup even from home and you put it on the track, it'll work almost 100% race ready.

As for the how-to check and fix the car's tweak. I suggest to ask your local drivers on that because there are few ways of doing this and my version may not be right. The idea is to have both Left - Right wheel to go up at the same time in the front or the rear.
