🛑 3.24: Sniper's Mark change is a ~20% DPS nerf for ST Deadeye. Less if you didn't have power charges previously. We lose one hit + you have to use Assasins Mark now, so technically you can gain power charges if you didn't have pcoc on your claw implicit. 2 Splits with Snipers Mark makes it so ST returning projectile don't always connect.
