high density silicone ink,crossing linker,glossy matte silicone ink for nylon cotton blend screen printing,the steps are as follows:

1,Print with 360Z-3 crossing linker and 5% 360ZB catalyst. 2times

2,Bake the surface dry after the 1st printing.

3,Print 4 times with 866AH high density silicone ink,2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst，10% thinner

4,Print 4 times with 866AH high density silicone ink,2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst and 10-20% pigment

5,If for glossy,print 2 times with 399-3 glossy silicone ink and 2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst.
6,After printing ,wait 3~5 minutes until bubble leveling,then bake

7,If for matte,print 1 time with 866M matte silicone ink and 2% 866B-2 fast dry catalyst

8,Put it in the oven and bake 10 minutes by Temp 100 degree.
