French Montana talks lyrics w/Funny Marco, How He Got His Name, Beyoncé Song, Dog Bites, + More

Funny Marco welcomes French Montana to this week’s episode of Cornbread TV. Karim Kharbouch, better known by his stage name French Montana, is a Moroccan-American rapper. Born and raised in Morocco, he emigrated to the United States with his family when he was 13. He is the founder of Coke Boys Records and its predecessor Cocaine City Records. Marco welcomes the legendary rapper on set. French Montana reveals how he got his name and how he has forgotten how to speak French. Marco confronts French about the contradiction in his lyrics. Marco continues to interrogate French on the validity of his lyrics and French plays it cool. Marco asks about a song with Beyoncé for which French says no but the production team insists and all hell starts to break loose amongst the team as everyone starts to pass the buck. Marco and the production team get in an argument and French starts to get agitated as he finds out the crew’s cameras weren’t recording. This doesn’t go over too well as French says this is the first time anyone has ever quit while he was on an interview. French gets so upset that when asked he asks the production team member to leave. Marco tries to get the team under control—good luck with that.
