Grace Alexander is a professional triathlete based in Greenville, South Carolina, and has entrusted Zone Physical Therapy to be a part of her all-star support team.

Grace is a former collegiate swimmer who made IRONMAN history by being the first female to win an overall age-group race (male and female) at Gulf Coast 70.3 in 2020. Her first professional win came at IRONMAN 70.3 Augusta in 2022. She also has a Master's Degree in Health and Exercise Science and loves coaching other triathletes.
