Netflix has officially pulled the plug on The Vince Staples Show. According to reporting that originated with Deadline and has been widely echoed since, the offbeat comedy will not return for a third season, ending its run after two seasons.

The semi-autobiographical series — built around Vince Staples’ surreal day-to-day life in a fictionalized version of Long Beach — earned strong buzz for its unconventional style, but it reportedly never cracked Netflix’s Weekly Top 10. Viewership also appeared to slide in Season 2, which logged about 1.7M views after its Nov. 6, 2025 premiere, down from around 4.6M views for Season 1 when it debuted in Feb. 2024, per the same reporting.

Netflix renewed the show quickly back in 2024, and Staples leaned into the moment with the same dry humor that powered the series. But with the streamer now moving on, The Vince Staples Show ends as a short-lived cult favorite — 11 episodes that carved out a unique lane, even if the numbers didn’t justify a longer run.
