Autumn Homemaking | Cozy Autumn Kitchen Restock & Apple Preservation Tips 🍂

Grab a cup of tea, and settle in, while I share some autumn homemaking while we restock our kitchen shelves with all the apples from our apple orchard.

I strongly believe in feeding my family quality food. So when we came to this house for the showing and we saw 3 HUGE apple trees just bursting with apples we were so excited about all that we could turn those apples into.

Today I'm sharing how we are restocking our kitchen shelves with applesauce, apple slices, and apple scrap vinegar. But after round 2 of apple harvest we also plan to go to a local cider press and turn the rest of the apples into cider.

Can you imagine sipping on hot apple cider when the air is crisp and knowing that the cider is from the trees growing in your own yard?! The idea sends me over the moon.

Being a homemaker has been one of the greatest joys I've ever had so little things like that get me excited haha!
