The first German Downwind Catchup by Malte from Wingfoil Fehmarn was a full success and I've finally had the chance to try downwinding in stronger winds from 25 to 45 knots! And its sooo much harder to balance the board in those conditions... But once I've got it going it was the dream. Still, I need to get way better at reading the ocean, as I've been in between bumps quite a lot and should use the energy of the sea more efficiently, rather than pumping all the time.
