Today we received a customer complaint. The customer said that the vacuum machine was not working.
So let's start step-by-step troubleshooting.

First, I tested the machine. The sealing function was working properly, but the vacuum was not working.
I tried increasing and decreasing the vacuum time settings, but there was no change.

Then I checked the pressure gauge. I noticed the needle was not moving at all.
This clearly indicates that the vacuum pump is not creating pressure.

Next, we will check further to find the exact fault and fix the machine."
Now I am removing the front panel screws safely to check inside and identify the issue.

After inspection, I found that the pressure gauge pipe was disconnected.
I reconnected the pipe properly, restarted the machine, and checked the gauge.
Now the needle is moving, which means the vacuum pressure is working correctly.

I fitted all screws back and tested again — the machine is working fine now.

I also explained to the customer how to use the machine correctly:
If they want to use vacuum + sealing, set proper vacuum time.
But if they want to use only sealing without vacuum,
then reduce the vacuum time to below 5 seconds so only sealing will operate."
