Here's my no death run of Darius Twin with a final score of 5,936,800 points, using default settings. This was captured off a real SNES running the real cartridge.

The route I took was: A-C-D-E-H-J-L, which is the best route for maximum scoring in this game. The bulk of the scoring in this game (~3.5 million points) comes from milking the Turtle boss in Zone J.
