Hello :) I'm Ravit and my ambition is that as many people as possible will feel the freedom within themselves through their unique dance, and especially children and youth will understand that you don't need to put anything in your body to fly, and higher each time.
To connect people more strongly to themselves and their authentic desires, and to experience dozens more benefits that I list in the lecture I gave (in English) called Why MD? (MD = Meditation Dance).

I am a psychologist and this is a method I've developed for personal development and self-healing through the meditation dance, and I try to convey it mainly through workshops.

היי שלום:) אני רוית והשאיפה שלי היא שכמה שיותר אנשים ירגישו את החופש בתוכם דרך הריקוד הייחודי שלהם, ובמיוחד שילדים ונוער יבינו שלא צריך להכניס שום דבר לגוף בשביל לעוף, וכל פעם יותר גבוה.
לחבר אנשים חזק יותר לעצמם ולרצונותיהם האותנטיים, ולחוות עוד עשרות יתרונות שאני מפרטת בהרצאה שעשיתי (באנגלית) ששמה Why MD? (MD = Meditation Dance ריקוד ה-מדיטציה).

אני פסיכולוגית וזו שיטה שפיתחתי להתפתחות אישית וריפוי עצמי דרך ריקוד ה-מדיטציה, ומנסה להעביר אותה דרך סדנאות בעיקר.
