Hello and welcome to Episode#63 of Gar Borras's Time Machine. This was a fun episode to do in that Gar and I discussed the Now Classic 1977 Cheap Trick album that was a combination of 1970's Hard Rock/Punk music/and Power Pop! Gar and I are both Huge Cheap Trick fans and while I've always loved the debut album because of it's Punk element and Raw energy I must admit I have a new found Love/and appreciation for both the album and many of the songs that were based on much darker, subject matter than I ever knew it was! In learning this fact one of the things that Gar Borras and I made a point to highlight on this episode was the brilliance of Guitarist: Rick Nielson's songwriting!
