"My next album is very rich with Afrobeats sound" Fiokee announces new album "Beyond a Guitarist.

Leading Afrobeats recording guitarist and music artist, Fiokee, has announced his sophomore studio album, "Beyond a Guitarist," to be released on September 6th.

Fiokee gave this scoop in a radio interview with Soundfreak on Blaze 91.5 FM, Nigeria.

The album, which serves as Fiokee's first project as a solo singer and the second as a recording guitarist, will have the newly released "Fine Girl Today" as a lead single.

Talking about his solo journey and evolution from being a recording guitarist to a full blown singer, Fiokee said that the decision came as a part of his growth as a musician, especially with the challenges and difficulties of getting some artists to feature on a song.

He also relished the feeling of having worked with several artists, including D'Banj and Flavour, and boasting of over 500 songs, across over 17 Afrobeats and Highlife albums, with over 50 MEGA hits, saying that he feels privileged to have worked on those projects.
