Young Perth based Punk Rock band STIKZ entered the Big Tommo's Battle of the bands in Fremantle Western Australia as a fill in act and made it into the finals. In the first round it was only their second gig. They went on to win the entire competition. Degan, Justin, Isaac and John, south Perth bogans is their theme and is reflected in their songs.
