SpaceX is targeting Monday, March 31, 2025, at 9:46 p.m. EDT (01:46 UTC on April 1) for Falcon 9’s launch of the Fram2 mission to a polar orbit from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. This historic mission will carry four crew members aboard the Crew Dragon spacecraft Resilience for the first human spaceflight over Earth’s polar regions. The launch window includes additional opportunities at 11:20 p.m. EDT, 12:53 a.m. EDT, and 2:26 a.m. EDT on April 1, with backup options available on Tuesday, April 1 starting at 9:46 p.m. EDT. The crew will spend up to five days in orbit, conducting scientific experiments including the first X-ray in space and growing mushrooms in microgravity. A live webcast of this mission will begin approximately one hour prior to liftoff.
