Hello friends today I am sharing with you delicious and yummy makai nu khichu recipe. It is a famous gujarati dish.
khichu is a well-known Gujarati dish made in almost all parts of Gujarat with different flour. khichu has also taken place as street food in many parts of India. Basically khichu is prepared from rice flour and is most famous. Today  iam  sharing makai nu khichu made from flour of yellow corn .

~~~ For measurements:
I have used black measuring cups and spoons

~~~~~~~INGREDIENTS ~~~~~~~~~~
2&1/2 cup water
1 cup yellow corn flour
1/4 cup rice flour
2 tsp green chilli paste ( lavangaya chilli)
1 tsp jeera ( cumin seeds)
1 tsp ajwain ( carrom seeds)
1 tsp white sesame seeds ( til)
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp baking soda

Steamer for steaming
Oil for  garnishing
Serve it hot
